Sub-processors
We give customers at least 30 days’ notice before adding or replacing a sub-processor.
| Sub-processor | Service | Location |
|---|---|---|
| Google Cloud EMEA Ltd | Hosting, storage, compute, secrets, and AI document classification and extraction (Vertex AI Gemini) | UK (London) |
| Twilio Inc. (SendGrid) | Receiving scanned post by email; system notifications | US / EU |
Client emails are sent from your own Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace mailbox, and letters are filed in your own Karbon account. Those services act for you, not as our sub-processors.
